We are looking for a bright Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our all-star team. You will be the first line of contact with potential clients, and lead the way to successful relationships with a robust client base of the world’s top companies in the mobile app industry. Customer Success Manager

Job Description

Appsee is looking for an all star Customer Success Manager to engage, retain and drive our customer renewals with usage of our existing and new product offerings. The CSM completes the post-sales lifecycle for Appsee’s portfolio of customers, serving as the advocate for each customer and accelerating the expansion of Appsee within each account.

Responsibilities
  • Serve as the trusted point of contact for Appsee’s portfolio of customers, beginning from the point of sale and extending through onboarding, project success, and renewals
  • Proactively engage each account to ensure that every Appsee functionality and offering is being leveraged, maximizing the value of each Appsee subscription
  • Work cohesively with R&D and sales to ensure seamless onboarding and deployment
  • Always be thinking of outside the box ways that Appsee can increase renewal rates and drive long term customer success
Requirements
  • 1+ years of relevant experience
  • Ability to understand customer requirements, identify, upsell and cross-sell opportunities
  • Strong technical skills that allow for an ease when guiding customers through technical processes
  • Highly data-driven with a commitment to process. Excited about driving and tracking a consistent engagement process with all customers in your portfolio

Responsibilities
  • Manage and handle opportunities coming from the CSM's to upsell, cross-sell & renew
  • Drives entire expansion\renewal process from introduction to close over the phone
  • Interface with all levels of the target organizations, including senior executives at SMB and Enterprise customers
  • Maintain bi-weekly sales forecast with CSM's
Requirements
  • 1-3 years of sales experience. Ideally, minimum 2 years of solution selling using an inside sales approach, high volume transactions over the phone
