The Company

GroundLink, an established aggregator and solutions provider to the ground travel industry uses proprietary technologies and applications to aggregate, manage and execute ground travel services under its own brand worldwide.

The Challenge

GroundLink wanted to better understand the customer experience and improve its mobile application’s features and functionality.

The Solution

Appsee’s in-app analytics enabled GroundLink to assess their conversion funnels on a deeper, qualitative level with user recordings of users that had completed and did not complete ride bookings. These powerful visualizations of single user sessions helped GroundLink pinpoint exact areas of friction within their user experience and optimize their funnels accurately and effectively. The user recordings also allowed them to assess specific user interactions with their ride ordering and cancelling features. The actionable insights GroundLink was able to obtain assisted them in tripling their number of booked rides.
