How does Appsee count sessions?
A session starts when the user launches the app, and ends when the app is minimized to the background, or crashes. You can control the session's lifecycle with Appsee's SDK API.
Does Appsee track all of my app's sessions?
Yes, Appsee tracks all the sessions in your app. However, not all sessions are video recorded.
Which sessions will be video recorded?
Appsee automatically selects the sessions to record in order to provide a sufficient sample of your users. You can also manually select which sessions will be video recorded.
My app has tens of millions of monthly sessions. Do you support this scale?
